Avocado and berry smoothie
|300g frozen mixed berries|
|400g greek yoghurt|
|2 cups crushed ice|
- Place the frozen berries, peeled sliced avocado, yoghurt and crushed ice into a bowl, stir to combine. Divide the combined ingredients into 2 equal batches (they won’t fit in one go) into a blender, blitz until smooth.
- To serve: Pour mixture into 4 glasses and serve immediately.
- Note: You may replace the Greek yogurt with coconut cream if you prefer.
