|1/2 lemon zest and juice|
|1 cup mixed berries|
|2 cups freshly brewed rooibos tea|
- Stir together the cooled tea, the xylitol (which can be omitted) and lemon. Roughly chop the berries and place a few berries into each of the popsicle moulds, fill with the tea.
- Place in the freezer, and allow to freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely set.
- Remove from moulds and serve immediately.
