Ingredients

225g sunflower seeds
110g sesame seeds
1tbsp dried oregano
150g pumpkin seeds
80g flax seeds
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1 crushed garlic clove
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 tbsp Himalayan salt
1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 cup water
2 tbsp melted butter
1 large egg white
1/4 cup almond flour

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 160ºC. Line 2 baking trays with foil, then lightly grease them with ghee.
  2. Blitz all the ingredients in a food processer for 1–2 minutes or until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture between the 2 trays and spread evenly into a thin layer about 4mm thick.
  4. Bake for 45–55 minutes or until deep golden brown. Slice into 4cm squares while still warm, then leave to cool on the tray.
  5. Store in an airtight container.
